Hello everyone
im 31 and found my self out of shape. 2 weeks ago I decided to start exercising again. I come from a very athletic background. I played baseball till I was 19, ran cross country. My mom was a gym junky during my teenage years so I spent a lot of time in there. I currently reside at the 240 pound mark. I have lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks. It is much easier being fat than trying to get back into shape. Ill be looking for help with my diet. Breakfast is my hardest meal of the day. i was big into energy drinks and sodas. I quit them completety.
So here I am. I run almost everyday and try to eat right. trying to make a better more in shape me. See ya around

Hope you enjoy every step in your journey! Even the weeks when the scales haven't moved or creeped up. I'm aiming to lose 150 pounds so add me as a friend and we can do it together0

Everything I've learned in 2.5 years
Be miserable. Or motivate yourself. Whatever has to be done, it's always your choice.
-Wayne Dyer
It's about moderation not deprivation. There are no good/bad foods, only bad eating habits. Do or do not, there is no try. You have to want it, you have to work for it, you have to realize that only you can do it.
