Fat burn rate and maintaining

How important is it to stay in your fat burn heart rate?
I have recently started workout again, after being a complete *kitten* and stepping completely over to the dark side, overheating, not working out, sheesh not good
But started to read a bit more, and saw that different heart rates were important to what you wanted to do.
I had thought the harder you worked out the better.
So how important is it if you want to lose weight?

Focus on calorie deficit for weight loss

    Exercise for fitness.

You burn fat by losing weight at a sustainable pace, getting a good amount of protein, typically 1g per pound of lean body mass and ideally adding some form of resistance training program to your workout. Ideally, weightlifting but body weight can work, too.
