I'm at 113 - 115 now, thought I needed 109, but I'm happy where I am. If I continue to loose I will probable look aged and frail. I have loose skin everywhere, lately I've been wondering if I looked better with the weight on instead of now. I started the weight training, but can't help to wonder how hard it will be to tone. I wonder if I can still get that lean strong body now while in maintenance. Am I too late?

Never too late, get at it and look to the mirror for inspiration, not the scales.

Same boat here. I started on the weights too late but doing good. I also have the loose skin thing going and some more fat to loose.

With your loose skin, kindly consider seeing a Dermatologist for options@loss of collagen issues.

However, with your weight training, I recommend that you have a thorough read of the attached to determine with confidence that as long as you commit to the upgrade of your health, your beauty and your quality of life, you won't be left behind, for you still have more than a decade's time yet, to remedy the errs as best you can => http://www.acsm.org/docs/current-comments/resistancetrainingandtheoa.pdf

Also, the lose skin will tighten some in time. Gain a couple pounds in muscle mass, and give it some time before you decide if it was worth it.

Correction: A combination of what is advised you by your preferred Dermatologic Surgeon and maybe even a preferred Endocrinologist, due to your initial 'restrictive weight loss regimen,' if you believe you look@ "aged and frail. I have loose skin everywhere."

Recommend you read through the attached members' Crusadersam (33) and ridesforinsanity (40) sharings as invaluable comps:

Why would it be too late? If you want to weight train, do it.
