New Year; time to review your plan

I got this from a Denise Austin page and thought was such a great idea, I wanted to share it.
1. Get out the measuring cups. If you are guesstimating your food, it's a good idea to periodically do actual measuring to make sure you are really eating what you think.
2. If you are not doing this already, add weights to your work out. The benefits last long after you're done exercising as you will continue to burn calories.
3. Change up your exercise routine or crank up your normal routine with occassional extras (work out a little longer or increase the intensity).
4. Keep a food journal. We've already got this covered!
Here's to a great 2011!
