    Nuts, smoothies, nut butters, avocado, basically healthy fats and carbs :)
    Fat bombs = yummy!

    Peanut butter is the correct answer. Full fat greek yogurt, trail mix, and granola are also good options.

    Hi there,

    I'm trying to gain weight/muscle, from 148lbs to 155 pounds, over the next few months. My target net calorie intake is 2,500 to reach my ideal weight; however, at the end of the day (and eating a lot) I'm still 700 calories short.

    Do you have any suggestions on a high calorie, yet healthy, afternoon snack?

    DOLLAR TREE! I buy Jennie-O Turkey Burgers there with there Nature Own Honey Wheat Bread then their 40 oz bag of Pampa Long Grain Rice and their Eggs and big gallon of Water and sometimes their Soymilk.. All packed with CARBS and PROTEIN. The Jennie-O Turkey Burger alone packs 21 PROTEIN..the size of the patty itself is 1/3 lb. It has only has 220 sodium, NO sugar, and 22 TOTAL FAT..the calories also are 260!

    you can supplement your diet with weight gainer - from single serving you will get 500-600 cals or eat one more chicken kebab a day etc.
