100 Days until the end of the year.
I'm trying to set a realistic goal.
Any recommendations??

    A lb a week is achievable and healthy and would be nearly a stone by the end of the year

    Above all, please stay consistent and focused. Diet and exercise works hand in hand. Also challenge yourself but don't push yourself over the edge. If you can only work out for 7 minutes than start off with that and slowly build your strength abd cardio endurance. I know people who tried to have healthy diet, drink needed water, bought gym membership and exercised and after 5 weeks they crashed real hard. Know what your knees and back can handle. Main goal stay focused daily. BE consistent, determined,UNSTOPPABLE. I know you can certain reach any achievements.

    Be consistent with weighing your food and log your food everyday.
