    O.K. I will do this. Starting with Saturday, Janurary 1st.

    Sun-1/2/11- 33 miles- spin
    Mon-

    Wed-1/5/11-21 miles, spin
    Thurs-
    Fri-1/7/11-3 miles, run

    Sunday: 3.12 run/walk
    Monday: 1.88 intervals (to make it an even number)
    Tuesday: rest
    Wednesday: 2.5 miles (.25 walk, 2 run, .25 walk)
    Thursday: rest
    Friday: 2.5 miles (.25 walk, 2 run, .25 walk)
    Saturday: rest

    Weekly total: 10
    Grand total: 23

    rested yesterday so this was my total for the week.

    Today is a scheduled rest day too, in my running schedule. But I am considering a yoga DVD or Shred It With Weights, since I just got it in from Netflix yesterday and want to try it.....

    so new week is starting out like this:
