Interesting idea. :glasses:
My goals are a bit more conventional. I wanna lose the last 25 lbs or so, that keep me away from my ideal weight, by my birthday in May. And I wanna be in the best shape of my life, toned up and all that, by the end of 2011, when J. comes home.
The toning part will be a challenge for me, I guess. So I will need all the motivation I can get to move my lazy butt.0 -
Count me in too. I want to lose 20 lbs by April 10th. I've already lost 25 and want to get really toned. I also want to complete a triathlon by August 2011.0

My plan, to make my 23 lb weight loss, in the process get back to feeling good physically.
Do some kind of work out everyday, at least 30 mins
Drink my 80 oz. of water working up to 100 when it warms up.
Work up to eating 5 fruits and vegs.
Cut the processed carbs, eat whole foods
Up my protein 80 grams max.
Diligently COUNT my calories, staying within 200-250 of my BMR .
This has worked for me in the past.0 -
I forgot and make my goal by May 1, 2011.0

I always wanted to be a ninja too! I could train you to be a more efficient killing machine, but I doubt that is what you want really, lol. I am very happy with everyones goals! Today we need to work on water consumption, watching sodium, staying in calorie range and getting some exercise in!0 -

My goals....
Keep trying to get my tummy in shape.
Not give in and start drinking again...I know it's hindering my goals and slowing my metabolism.
And while this isn't weight related....I want to keep trying to be a friend to anyone who needs it and give advice to up and coming vegetarians and vegans.0 -
My goals are just to stick to my program and Do Work!! I'm approx. 10 pounds away from what I weighed when I got married almost 9 years ago, so thats my ultimate goal for the month. SInce there are no more holidays ahead, I think I'll kill it this month!!0

Keep trying to get my tummy in shape.
Not give in and start drinking again...I know it's hindering my goals and slowing my metabolism.
And while this isn't weight related....I want to keep trying to be a friend to anyone who needs it and give advice to up and coming vegetarians and vegans.

My goals for this year are very thought out:
Continue to lose the remaining of the weight I feel I need to lose. I started at 225 before starting MFP and now I'm down to 162.
This year I've made a specific plan to work on toning, tightening up and in the spring I want to begin to learn to run.
I will wear, for the first time in my life, a bikini this summer. I took before pictures so let it be said, You will see my after shots.

I'm with you on the sodium, Ed. I'm trying to stay away as much as possible but its so hard
I want to get to to 200 lbs by the summer.

My goal is to run a 5k race this summer, this coming from someone who cannot run 50 metres! So it is huge challenge for me, but I will do it as it will be a charity race for breast cancer research here in the UK!

My goals are:
to run a 5K outdoors (already did it on the treadmill but I have a much harder time outdoors for some reason)
to get back to (and stay at) 105
to lower my BF% and build some muscle tone and definition.
Non-fitness goals:
to work on my mood swings and attitude, find my triggers and diffuse them.0 -
My goals are to get back to 175-180 and stay there. I made it and then went on maintenance and somehow the weight came back.
Also want to get in shape to run 3-4 5ks this year and maybe a 10k by year end.0 -

ok...just reweighed myself. i'm *barely* in the next decade. so my goal now is to stay there and never go back up.
i've found if i focus on the big picture too much i get discouraged. I have to set these itty bitty goals to keep me motivated.0 -
i dont wanna put numbers on my goal but 150 is my ideal weight. I've never been skinny and i dont wanna look sick. I love my curves I just wanna tone down and feel great in a bikini0
