So I have 300 calories left for today, but no carbs, fat, or protein left. usually I come out about even all around but I had a salad at Mcdonalds for dinner, thinking it couldn't be that bad but it put me over on everything but cals. Like I only had 20 grams of fat from other foods and everything else came from this "salad" never doing that again! My only problem now is what to eat for my left over calories? any ideas for fat, carb and protein free foods?

i had that same problem yesterday i had a grilled chicked salad from burger king and it put my over on everything not by alot but i thought it was a healthy choice but aparently nothing is healthy at fast food not even a salad! but a good snack is quaker rice cakes carmel corn and chocolate are soo good and its low calories and no fat... also skinny cow fudge bars are good too they are 100 calories and only 1 gram of fat and its a niceee size serving i had one tonight:love: im not too sure if there are any foods with no fat carbs or protein... if anyone does know let me know tooo!

ALL calories come from either carbs, protein, fat, or alcohol. obviously it isn't a good idea if you're trying to lose weight to use just alcohol to get your calories for the day. just eat something healthy-- veggies, fruit, lean protein, yogurt... and don't worry about your carb/fat/protein counts as much if you still need calories for today.
