    You do not need to detox before starting beach body diet or at any other time, OP.

    i went on the website and checked out the price. Your Price: $229.95USD for the ultimate reset. bloody hell thats expensive. I would use that towards joining the gym. If you need energy do some exercise, nutrition you can take care of yourself. I actually think its a crime to be able to sell this type of stuff to people.
