muscle gain maybe? p90x?

at the beginning of my weight loss journey i was only doing cardio and eating 1200 calories. I later found out this was wrong and i had to find my BMR and activity level calories etc etc and apparently i was also losing a lot of muscle mass so i upped my calories and my weight loss slowed down obviously which was fine by me. gotta be realistic, right?
i then started doing some muscle work at home with little weights and a bit of yoga and all of the sudden my weight just sort of.. stopped moving.
i decided it was time to spice things up so I got the p90x and upped my calories because the workouts were a bit more intense than what i was doing before (still leaving a 15% deficitof calories daily) and i've been doing that for the past 4 weeks hoping my weight will change and instead of lowering or staying, it's sort of increased by a pound and then stayed there.
i am noticing slight muscle mass forming so i think maybe that's whats going on? i'm not sure. i eat fairly lean (not because i diet, because thats just how i was raised by my vegan mother) and of course every now and then (maybe ever 2 weeks) a bit of chips so it's not like im eating crazy fats. btw, havent been over or under my calories a single day for the past 4 months so i doubt it's because i'm cheating.
any suggestions?
please, and thank you in advanced

More n likely its just water retention as your body gets use to your increased workout, which is totally normal. Be patient, it will come.0

If your tracking is dead on and you are in a deficit, as stated above, you're looking at water retention from the exercise.0
