I don't have a cellphone with GPS. Am I able to use my tablet to track myself at the gym for the Pact app? I really don't have the money to waste on a gym membership, but I figure if I can earn a bit of it back by staying motivated I could probably invest in it. I'm not sure how it all works.

Does your tablet have GPS on it? If so then you probably could. But as far as banking on making money off of Pact? Don't bet on it. Yes it pays you for going but not like it dings you for not going. You have to be at the gym for at least 30 minutes. Not a big deal unless you have a really short work out day or short on time. You can also download the mapmyrun (I think) app and walk 30 minutes. OR if you have a fitbit, then sync it to that and make sure you get in 10,000 steps. That will count as one gym time. Hope that helps.0
