Trying to bring it again!

Just started Day 1 of P90x3. As a brief recap, I started p90x 3 years ago and saw amazing results. I went from 235 lbs to about 170 lbs. I continued maintaining those results through a couple of rounds of p90x plus and through two rounds of p90x2. I did Crossfit for 6 months until I started developing tendonitis in my right shoulder and decided to take some time off. Within 6 months, I had ballooned back to where I am now at 227 pounds. I finished my first workout this morning and felt like I died a thousand deaths (I can't believe how far I've regressed from my former beast mode self). I WILL get back to where I was again!. While I was doing p90x, I adopted the fat burning diet plan included in the discs and saw steady and drastic weight loss, but felt that I overdid it. This go-around, I'm going Primal (which I was using while I did Crossfit) and keeping it Caveman. This should keep me from bonking and should allow me to steadily lose weight.
