Hello everyone! I am not really new to the site, was on last year for a good 6 months and lost about 30 pounds. Then I got married and got lazy and gained it all back. I have come to the conclusion that life is always going to be complicated so I can not wait for it to "settle down" before I do something about the weight. I have 100+ pounds to lose. According to my doctor I have about 103 to lose but I really would like to lose 113. I am not starting some fad diet or cleansing. I am going to work on portion control and getting in a few work outs a week. This has to be something I will be able to stick with, not something that will help get the weight off but that I cannot live with for the rest of my life. With that said I could really use some supportive, active friends who would like to take this journey together. I am on everyday. May be more active during the week than I am on the weekends. I will be logging on the weekends just usually have so much to do that I am not at a computer. I will do my best to be supportive and up beat as well.

I will not give up Chocolate.....I will however not eat a quart of chocolate ice cream at one time (J/K I really have never done that) :bigsmile:0 -
I am new here too. Looking for some fun support and to be cheerleaders for each other! I am on every day too. I need to lose the 50 lbs I put back on after a surgery two years ago. Sad, but motivated to get back where I should be! :happy:0
