Using an aerobic step deck

Does using an aerobic step deck count as walking cardio? I have a Fitbit and it counts the steps that I perform on it. I was wondering if you can use it to reach step goals or simply as a walking device. Thanks

I think yes you can use it as steps. And it would definitely burn more calories than a simple brisk walk. Check the calories burned counts for cardio aerobics, step. Its more like walking a incline slope IMO. We don't have those naturally in Florida so I use a step alot.0
