I am just starting and looking for suggestions on vitamin supplements. Any to help boost metabolism?

I've heard that people loose more weight when taking omega 3,6,9 than without it. I've also heard Oolong tea helps. http://www.sciencedaily.com/news/health_medicine/diet_and_weight_loss/ often has a lot of good tips too.
I personally take a lot of vitamins (maybe too many- idk).
Morning: Multivitamin, Omega 369, baby asprin, calcium
Night: Vitamin D, Vitamin A, Ferrous Gluconate, holy basil, Omega 369, baby asprin, calcium
If I'm coming down with a cold I add in zinc and echinacea.

B-12 in particular is one that is essential for energy. also try green tea.. Its known to boost metabolism also
and dont forget to :drinker: plenty of water!0
