Is my workout regimine okay?

I am 30yrs old weighing 150lbs. and trying to get to 130lbs. I am also 5'3".
I go to the gym and do cardio on the elliptical in aerobics mode for atleast 25-30 minutes, then I do strength training for about another hour, concentrating on 3 different muscle groups per day.
On the days that I feel like I am overworking my muscles I do about an hour of cardio ONLY. 30 minutes on the elliptical in aerobics mode and 30 on the tthreadmill in Alpine Pass mode.
I also end every workout session with lite ab workouts is this ok?

I think that's good. That's actually what my trainer recommended me to do so I would say you right on target. And yes I always end with abs as well. Good luck!0
