question for p90x folks...who also run...

I struggle with getting to the gym when my kids are out of school, so I was thinking next summer I would do P90X at home. I am planning on running the half marathon again in October. If I do P90X all of June and July (and the first part of August) will I be able to run the half in October? I was thinking maybe I should do p90x 3 days a week and run 3 days a week (If I can sneak out of the house), or would that decrease my results from P90x, since I won't be completing the full 90 days in a row.

Any suggestions?
