Whey Protein Shakes - x2 Meals in a day?

Hi Everyone!

So I was using ViSalus for about a year.. and I was using it as two meal replacements. I would have a shake for breakfast, a real snack (usually a fruit in the morning and yogurt), a shake for lunch, a snack (veggies in the afternoon), and a real dinner (low carb.. usually chicken or fish). This was working.

Recently I have been reading about soy (Vi) vs whey, and have decided that I'd like to try whey. This is NOT a soy vs whey question, so please refrain from opinions.

I'd just like to know if I'm okay to use these whey shakes (with water) as meal replacements as well? I'm exercising 4-5 times per week, with a good mix of both cardio and weights.
