5 Day BootCamp

Hey Everyone!

I recently hosted a 5-Day Bootcamp online that went really well, so I'm hosting another one on September 29th-October 3rd.

Here are the guidelines:

-You must post in the group everyday. I prefer a sweaty post-workout pi, but if all you can do is a post, that's fine too.
-Eat at least ONE healthy meal or snack everyday during the 5 days and share it with the group. You can share it in the form of a picture or a post, and you can share the recipe as well if you'd like.
-Absolutely NO skipping a workout or the one healthy meal/snack. This is a Bootcamp!
-You can do any workout of your choice. It has to be a minimum of 25 minutes in length tho. So you can take a walk, go for a run, workout at the gym, or at home with your favorite home fitness DVD's. As long as you get active!

Apart from that, this is for fun as much as it is for jump starting fitness. You can join at any age and any fitness level. :)
