Hello, I'm 21 and female and looking to lose a few kilos. In the past I've lost 15 kilos, but I used to gain it back a lot. I yo-yo'd because I didn't understand nutrition or how to maintain.
Since then I've read up A LOT about calories. A lot of the questions I've asked Google have been answered by these forums.
I know now how to maintain my weight and how to lose without living off salad and cabbage soup. I've maintained my new weight for 8 months (longest I've ever maintained a weight) but have recently gained some back from going on vacation, this is what I'm planning on losing now.
