Hi everyone! I am a 22 year old female and weight 185 lbs. I am wanting to be healthy and need to lose 25 lbs to be normal weight. I have had issues losing weight in the past because of both physical and dietary issues. I have to eat a low oxalate diet and most healthy foods I cannot eat. Hopefully this site will help keep me in check as I start my journey.
