ISO GOLD- Protein Shakes

So I have lost 23lbs by working out ( 5 days a week, HIIT/ Cross Training) and eating healthy and now I have been at a stand still for the past 2 weeks.

I went down to the supplement store and the guy suggested iso gold to help get over this plateau,.
Has anyone used this with success and how would you suggest taking it, as a meal replacement or just daily post workout?
