Hi, looking to talk to other women who are trying to lose weight 10 - 25 pounds It isn't a lot - but that also becomes it's own burden because we "slip" and keep thinking we'll diet tomorrow. I have a blog I started under my name JUST FOR WOMEN who are 50 and over who want to stay fit, feel great and support one another.
