treating yourself for your accomplishments...
I have such a hard time staying motivated and positive so I have decided that when I make an accomplishment ( like losing inches, progression in r my run or go to the gym 5 days straight) I would treat myself to something nice like a pair of jeans or a nice shirt or maybe some cute shoes, although I lovvvvve to eat I wouldn't want to treat myself to food because I think I would just feel bad afterward lol. So I was curious if anyone else has any tricks on staying motivated or if you treat yourself for doing well what do you treat yourself to?

I have a list of non-food rewards for hitting weight goals in 5 pound increments. They get better as I go along. I also have something for maintaining for 6 months and for maintaining for 1 year.0
