My first 10k calorie challenge!

So to start the new year, i want to jump start my fitness by adding a 10k calorie challenger! Im going to burn 10,000 calories in the gym this week, majority cardio and fat burning exercise!

I havent posted in the forum before but i have watched other people create groups and i'd love to see some support for this and maybe have some other fellow fat-burners jump in!

of course, nutrition will be key this week, and ill have to eat enough to fuel these workouts.

so whos with me?? ill post my calorie burn for everyday this week in this topic, and everyday should be around an average of 1500 calories.
