Bah, I stayed the same this week with my weight. Damn those long islands on Saturday night! Ok so I am very very happy I didn't gain because that is what I feared, but man, stepping on the scale and seeing the numbers go down on Thursday mornings is the highlight of my week.:grumble:
Oh well, on to a new week! Good luck everyone, especially with the holiday weekend approaching....if all the yummy food at BBQ's and parties don't kill ya, the gas prices will!
