Hi Everyone!

My name is Mirae and I'm 21 years old college student.
I was introduced to this website by my mom(she is a professional nutritionist) who wanted to make sure I'm maintaining the healthy body and soul leaving away from home at college.
I'm 5"2 and used to weight 104 lbs 3 days ago.
I'm pretty slender, but I do not have much muscle at all.
So my goal is to reduce my weight to 95 lbs and tone up my body with 3 times a week workout schedule.
So far I have lost 2 lbs over just several days staying on 1200 calories diet and with no workout yet. :drinker:
I haven't been able to workout at all recently since I'm away for holidays, but I've been doing stretching and yoga every night for just 10-15 minutes. I have tried a lot of workout routines and I grew up listening to my mom's input of having good diet, so I will be more than happy to help anyone who needs motivation or some insight! :wink:
Hopefully I will find sometime to get on some workout soon and toneee upppp my body! :D
