Hi everyone! i joined this a few months ago and just realized i need to get back on track! I have gained 7.5lbs since I haven't been using this site and i need to get back on track ASAP! So any inspiration or ideas on quick and effective workouts, foods, ANYTHING, please feel free to let me know! I need all the help I can get at this point! Thanks and good luck to you all :)
