HIIT VS LISS

I just want to know which form is optimum for burning fat , is it HIIT OR LISS .I did a lot of research but got different results . It seems it is a very controversial issue !!

    Whenever you see hype like "turn your body into a fat burning furnace" or similar keep one thing in mind.....a caloric deficit is what results in a reduction of body fat and that's accomplished by what you put in your mouth.

    Exercise promotes health and fitness. Mix them up, do both. Long, less intense cardio sessions build endurance and HIIT lets you pack a good workout into a fairly short time, there's no magic bullet. Consistency and patience are required no matter which path you choose.
