Weekly Fitness Routine!

Hello everyone! I'm trying to schedule my workouts for the next week and was wondering what some of your schedules look like. How many rest days do you have? What do you like to do for cardio? What does your strength training look like? Lately, I've been just showing up at the gym and working out however I am thinking I should have more of a plan. Thanks for ideas :)

  • Surely your gym can do a personilsed plan for you, mine does. I stopped smoking just over 10 weeks ago and have noticed a big difference when doing cardio. Good Luck x

    Monday I am starting a new workout program, TurboFire and it has one rest day incorporated into it. I also plan to run about everyother day.

    Well, I am starting some challenges this week. So on Mon, Wed, Fri I will be doing them which is strength training. I plan on doing Zumba for cardio daily.
