Hello...I'm new on here and am looking for some support for my wife & I. We both struggle daily with overeating and procrastinating on working out. SO...we need all the help & support we can get! My wife has 110 pounds to lose and I have 84 pounds to lose.

    Welcome! Add me as a friend if you would like. I started on here June 2010. I've lost 38 lbs so far. I did take some time off during the holidays but back on track. To get started I worked out on the Wii Fit Plus. Did it everyday and built up my reps and time. Nice slow way to get started after doing no exercise at all. I'm doing water aerobics now and love that...I go three days a week, then the Wii the days I don't go. I will be glad to support you guys!
