I had been doing well losing weight on MFP but then I had some very unexpected things happen and had to take a break. Now that it has calmed down enough for me to step on a scale again, I knew I needed to come back. I rejoined the gym. I reread New Rules Of Weight Lifting For Women. I think I am ready. Here's hoping I can reach my goal this time. ;-)
