HI, im 24 & i have 3 babies. they are ages 4, 2, & 8 months. im not one of the lucky ones where to weight falls off during breastfeeding. im starting to diet now that shes a little older & im starting to have more time. ive got to do it slowly so i dont lose any supply. i would love other breastfeeding mamas support! feel free to add me :)
