My daughter runs and i don't want to slow her down by being the dad that tells his kid to "quit playing" or "come here". I prefer to encourage her active lifestyle

I would like to say I run because it frees my soul, relieves my stress, allows my brain to relax and dream, increases my health, fitness and strength...
but the real reason I run is because I think I look damn cute wearing a pair of short compression shorts, a dayglow orange racerback tank over a hot pink sports bra and lime green running shoes. Plus my running playlist is awesome fun.0 -

I run because it teaches me to breathe better. It's the best cardio I've found for my heart and lungs. I don't particularly enjoy it, but I feel so accomplished afterward.0

Love to run. Like the calories that burn off so I can have a few extra for the day. I always feel better after a run. I don't care if you run 8 min mile or 13 min mile. You are running not sitting on the couch0
