Not new to dieting though.

I've lost about 55 lbs since March and follow a pretty simple diet. I call it "Diet Secrets of the Bible" Google it.

Mostly I don't eat beef, chicken, pork, shellfish, cheese, sugar, oil other than Olive oil and have cut back on alcohol.

I play tennis 2 or 3 times a week but that's about it for exercise.

First 40 lbs or so flew off but now its tough sledding to get to 175 (lowest I've been as an adult). Having to count calories now and thus myfitnesspal.
