Low Cortisol levels

Okay guys I need some help here. Anyone have low cortisol numbers? I have been having some major issues that include not being able to lose weight no matter what I do, exhaustion, high blood sugar numbers, and now a swollen thyroid with no goiters. The dr. decided to run a battery of tests and is now referring me to an endo for low cortisol and to a RA for positive ANA and high titer numbers.

Just a little scared and would like to hear from anyone that might have issues like this.
