Those of you that use treadmills - what brand do you use?
How do you like it?
What kinds of features does it have?
My belt was slipping BAD today and I think it's time to send it to the big gym in the sky. It's served me well, it probably has over 1,000 miles on it and it was very cheap (less than $100)
I am looking for something with training programs and incline (my current machine does not have incline)
Any help or advice is appreciated! :flowerforyou:

Model : Asphalt / Gravel
Pros : incline, decline, flat, unlimited speed settings
Cons : no temperature control, and no weather control
ETA : My favourite treadmill, will never substitute it for a rubber/plastic one0 -
I know a lot of people prefer to walk/run outside but for me the treadmill is a better option.
I am better able to control my pace and I like the flat, steady surface. I've had some trouble with my feet and they aren't always so reliable.0 -
I bought a True treadmill in 2002. It is quiet and reliable. I've never had a problem with it and expect it to last many more years to come. Yes, it was expensive, but you get what you pay for.
As for the naysayers who proclaim that outdoors is best. . . it is above 110˚ here for seven months of the year.0 -
I have the NordicTrack T6.1 Treadmill. I've had it since January and I'm very, very happy with it. It does everything I want and
some. I use it every day, 3 times a day. It goes up to a 10 incline and 10 speed. Has preset workouts for speed, incline and calories. I love it.
Before too many people start the outside vs treadmill debate I say "embrace the power of and." I do both. I walk on the treadmill 90-120 minutes and walk with DH outside after dinner. Depending on weather and kiddos of course. But, if you're in an area where that isn't feasible then don't worry about it. If your preference is inside then do what works for you.
Treadmill + Fitbit has been the best investment in my fitness journey. Good luck and I hope you find what you're looking for.

I love my treadmill and couldn't be without. It's the Sole F80.
It has pre-programmed routines, incline, and speed control which I assume most have but don't know for sure. You can put in your own age and weight, etc.... and also has a HRM.
It has a safety mechanism where the deck drops slowly so I don't need to worry about it clobbering me or my family,
I don't prefer to walk outside. I don't prefer to jog outside. I prefer to be on the treadmill.
Considering the Sole E35 Elliptical as well....0
