Just starting

Okay all you veterans in this program--help me out. My problem so far is not being hungry, but being a bit bored---and when I was that way before--I grazed off and on all day. Now I am just starting and I see the great results in some of my co-workers so I have a positive attitude....I just need to know how to get through times of inactivity especially at work, where I used to reach for something to eat.
Any ideas and yes, I do reach for the water bottle so far!!!
Wow, this says I started a year ago--2013---nope, just yesterday!!
