In need of high protein snack ideas

These are some things that are currently in rotation:
- Meal replacement shake for bfast with 24g protein
- Greek yogurt (1/2 cup mixed with fruit)
- I always have a lean protein with lunch or dinner- maybe I need to increase the amount?
- Natural peanut butter with apple slices or pretzels

Thinking about adding a hard boiled egg into the snack rotation.

Any other recommendations of food that are great for snacks or additions to meals that are high in protein? Thanks!

Peanut butter is not a good source of protein. It's a source of healthy fat. Heck pasta, veggies and bread have more protein than PB.

More yogurt. Eggs. Beans. Protein with lunch and dinner (fish, beef, chicken, shrimp etc). My protein goal is lower nowadays (100g) but I often get more than that without even using protein powder.

    definitely hard boiled eggs!
natural deli meat (turkey, chicken, ham)
quest bars (be sure to stay away from the high sugar bars)
packed tuna (sometimes they have them in little to-go cups)
cottage cheese too is great, just look out for the high sodium count on that.
or protein powder in a blender bottle with water, milk, etc.

I just had a turkey roll up. Sliced turkey around string cheese. Simple and filling. I am trying to find new things, too

Jerky has a good protein:calories ratio. Portable. Tasty. You can get +/-20g protein for a couple hundred calories. Negligible fat, negligible carbs. Sodium can be high ...
