Suggestions for strength training with bowflex?

Just got a bowflex. Want to start strength training. Could anyone recommend a program or an app that i could follow? My main goal is weight loss. I have been running for last 2 months (3-4 time per week about 45 min each run). i feel i need to mix it up and it would be nice to run faster (i am slow like 4mph on a 3 mile run).
