60 yr old has 35 lbs to lose

Looking for like-friends who have about that to lose and who are about the same age. Although I won't discriminate. :laugh:

A recent picture of me, hugging my cousin, did it for me. My upper arms look massive and they sag. Read my profile for more. I'm married to a thin man who can eat copious amounts of food and never gain an ounce. Oh yeah, he supports me and will even eat the way I do, but he loses and I don't.

History: was always a good weight, heavy duty walker until I hurt my lower back and when my 33 yr old step daughter moved in and she loves to eat. (Bad influence on me) I need to get a grip. Help!
