Trying to find my motivation & determination again........

Hello to anyone taking the time to read this.

I'm a former MFP user. I come back from time to time. I always come back because I know this is where I need to be for accountability. I'm trying to log my food once again as well as my workouts. I recently started a weight training class and do that twice a week. I've also signed up for a 5k in January and a mud run in March. I used to love working out and training for MMA, via Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, Boxing etc.... I lost my passion for fighting and therefore; somewhat lost my drive & motivation. I'm really not sure what my goals are at this point other than the obvious which is to be in shape and be comfortable in my own skin. I'm hoping to stick with this once again and really push myself. The hardest part right now is that I'm doing it on my own. I don't have my best friend to workout with anymore and I no longer have a fight team, so the motivation has to come from Me Myself & I. Feel free to add me on here. The more support the better :-)

    Motivatiton is a good key element to losing weight, but you are not alone. We may not be there physically but you can all kinds of motivation from us here on MFP. Feel free to add me to added motivation!
