I'm a fan but the husband won't touch them so I don't have them as often as I'd like. Same for asparagus, peas, any form of squash (even in soup), or pretty much any good vegetable out there. :grumble:0

I could do a bag a day.... No gas what so ever..0

Your 2nd post and you're eating over 2 pounds of sprouts; well good luck. Great with some butter0 -
I love brussel sprouts... but that's ALOT of brussel sprouts. :laugh:0

To put it into perspective -
1g = 2.2lbs = 35.2oz = 998grams0 -
Impressive. I take your Brussels and raise you pickles.0

Yeah. Sorry. Was going off a converter thing from the ounces. my bad! And I just realized I typoed the 1kg too. lol! :laugh:0 -
They are scrumptious, if you eat them every day the gas seems to go away. Or at least mine did but I only eat 200g a day.0

Where is ED?
Ed is here now.... lol and I bow to the 1 kg or 35.2 oz........ I consume 24 oz. a day in brussel sprouts so that definitely has me beat.... :drinker:
Oh and to add: I too don't have an issue with gas, they never have bothered me in that way...0 -
I've been eating a lot of them lately.....this talk about gas is starting to make sense to me (excuse me, must go apologize to hubby)0
-
It is only bad if it is all you are eating each day.0
-
When I roast them, they make my entire house stink!0
-
1kg is exactly 1000g bro. Kg stands for kilogram.0

Aside from the gas, I'd say the only problem is if you're not eating opther things because you're too full of sprouts!0
