Some days I don't feel hungry

Is it ok to force myself to eat what I can tolerate and then just eat a multi-vitamen chewable?

    Sometimes I don't feel hungry and I just don't get at my calorie target. Then I'll treat myself the next day perhaps, :drinker:

    Try and eat closer to your target, if not, either miss it out for 'extra' weight loss or treat yourself etc.

    I don't think forcing yourself to eat is a good thing. How under are you on average?
