I have been working towards my goal of losing 100lbs since June 2012! I am at 78lbs down. I am just amazing when I read success stories of some who are able to lose 100+ lbs in just over a year or so!
I exercise about 6 times a week, track diligently using MFP and body media. I lift, I do cardio. I just am at a loss for why this is taking me so long, when others seem to drop the weight so quick! (and by quick, I mean 100lbs in about a year quick...not 3 months quick).
Any Insight? How long did it take you to lose 100lbs??

Often times people may think they are eating the correct portions; I purchased a food scale and found that most of the time my portions were not correct. In getting the portions correct and working out 5 days a week I am losing 2 to 3 pounds a week.0
