100lbs lost using MFP

Options
Well, I hit 100 lbs lost on using MFP (137lbs overall). Taken me about 13 1/2 months. Figure I should share the progress in case it can motivate others!

Ran my first 5k 2 weeks ago, now I've upped my miles and will do an 8 or 10k next.

what a milestone...congratulations! once you've done a couple of 5Ks you'll be addicted...there's something really motivating about having a goal that isn't scale-based. Keep up the great work!

You look terrific. That took dedication and it sounds like you are still dedicated. You have reminded me to suck it up and quit whining about these last 5 pounds.

Awesome job! I have really gotten into running myself. It makes me feel great to say 'I am going to run x amount of miles tonight' and then you go out and do it. It's fun to run with friend or by yourself. Keep up the great work! I can't wait to finish my first 10K, working on getting to that point!
