Can you help me guess the calories in this homemade treat?

Estimated calories in a BIG home made 'melting moment' biscuit - made of two butter shortbread halves and filled with buttercream. approximately 5 cm across and 2cm high of pure sugary, buttery goodness (depending which way you look at it).

I'm trying to factor this in to my daily total - I'd prefer to overestimate rather than under!

Any suggestions would be very welcome!

Thanks!!

put the ingredients into the recipe builder - it will tell you the calories per serving.

Look up the calories for one shortbread cookie... log that. Look up the calories for one tablespoon (or 2) of buttercream.. log that.

I don't see the problem. Ideally, I would have weighed the cookie, tared the scale, then weighed the cream, but I guess it's too late for that.

if you made it, and know all the ingredients and measurements, why aren't you using the recipe builder?
