That about sums it up. I'm trying to commit myself to weight loss. I have a number I dream of seeing on the scale again but I also have a pants size I'd like to see for the first time. I am hoping that by just getting up and moving, putting healthy foods in my mouth, and keeping myself accountable I can see those goals realized within the next 6 months to a year.
My body image goals are fantastic and highly motivating but my fitness goals are even better. I would like to swim a mile. Run a 5K, 10K, then a Half Marathon. I would like to ride my bike 100 miles. I would like to do yoga, lift heavy weights, try martial arts, maybe enjoy kickboxing, and do some definitely un girly pull ups. And those are some long term goals that will take years to reach them all.
