Hello I am married mother of 4 Boyz And ready to get back into my pre baby size of atleast a size 8. I am starting a low carb diet and hoping to see a change in weight and body build again. I plan on doing some moderate walking as a routine once it starts warming up in my area. I am interested in your thoughts and Ideas for Low Carb dieting. and anyone in my area who may be doing the same diet. :flowerforyou:

I did the low carb YEARS ago. It took off weight right away, but when I started bringing the carbs back in I couldn't stop. Love them too much. It works, as long as you let it. I'm looking forward to the weather change too. I love to walk. Its my "mom time" Grab an ipod and go!

I also did the low to no carb diet. Lost 50 pounds fast, ate carbs then coudn't stop, put it all back on.

I say, eat what you want, everthing in moderation so you don't deprive yourself. But stay in your calorie goal(you'll find yourself making healther decisions)
  • I did south beach and it was okay, but i find that it is easier to learn a lifestyle change with in reason. Are you planning on never eating carbs again, because like all the other people on here as soon as i started eating them again all the weight went back on. But if you can find a happy medium i would love to here how you did it.
